West Midlands Police has one of the largest breeding & Puppy Development Programmes around. As part of this programme we sell dogs of varying age and ability, including selling dogs to order.

Having supplied the majority of UK police forces with dogs, the programme also develops dogs which are sold to worldwide government agencies and institutions, as well as private organisations.

All of our dogs undergo a structured Puppy Development Programme, which is run by two of our National Police Chiefs Council qualified instructors. We have a team of full time trainers & kennel staff who assist in the development of our dogs.

We can offer green dogs through to fully trained dogs, including dogs trained to order. We can offer a fully tailored development package to deliver a dog for any organisation’s individual needs.

During the programme, our dogs can also be fully imprinted on real odour for use in detection. As a police force, we are authorised to handle & train using real odours.

We have over 50 breeding female dogs, with a range of breeds including German Shepherds, Malinois, Dutch Herder, Springer Spaniels, Cocker Spaniels and Labradors. In addition, with our extensive network of contacts, we can individually recruit & train a specific breed of dog based on the needs of an organisation.

We are also able to supply dogs with a full breeding or pedigree history, a full history of their development and medical records and one that has undergone a structured development programme.
