Fourth charge for Coventry murder

Detectives investigating the death of Emmanuel Lukenga in Coventry have charged a fourth man with his murder.

Emmanuel was found with a serious leg injury after being stabbed in Franklin Grove just after 2.30pm on Wednesday 12 June. The 21-year-old was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Bradley Richardson, aged 23 of Prior Deram Walk, Coventry was charged with murder and arson and appeared before Warwickshire local justice Centre on Wednesday (21 August), where he was remanded to appear at Birmingham Crown Court this morning (23 August).

Matthew Brankin, age 19 of Thimbler Road, Canley, Kyle Kinchen, aged 18 of John Rous Avenue, Coventry and 18-year-old Enroy Ruddock were all previously charged with murder and arson and remanded for trial.

Two other men, aged 18 and 41, who were arrested in June on suspicion of murder, have been released on bail while enquiries continue.
