Two men can now be named as killers after reporting restrictions banning their identification were lifted.

Dwain Smith, aged 26 and Kurrum Guild aged 22, were found guilty of murdering Dwaine Junior Haughton following a six-week trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court earlier this month.

A Birmingham man has this week been jailed for five years for killing a pedestrian as a result of his dangerous driving.

Sohail Hussain, of Siskin Drive in Balsall Heath, was driving along Highgate Road just before 10.45pm on Friday 28 December 2018, when he hit a pedestrian.
