We want to speak to him in connection with a car-jacking on the car park of Moseley Hall Hospital, Moseley, at around 8pm on Monday 8 July.
Three people were approached and threatened by four men with weapons who demanded the keys to a black VW Golf.
A woman handed over her keys and the men fled in the car.
Nobody was injured but the victims were left shaken by the incident.
A 19-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident but we still need to speak to this man.

* Bilal Ali, aged 19, of Southbourne Avenue, Hodge Hill, has been charged with a robbery car-jacking in connection with the same incident.
He has been remanded to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (9 August).
