Appeal to trace man wanted on suspicion of attempted murder

Officers investigating a stabbing in the Small Heath area of Birmingham have named the man they’re looking for as Abdirabi Mohamud. 

The 18-year-old is wanted in connection with the attack that took place on Coventry Road on 18 February of this year.


Mohamud is wanted on suspicion of attempted murder and detectives have launched a media appeal as part of on-going efforts to trace him.

He is known to frequent the Small Heath, Bordesley, Handsworth and City Centre areas and has links to Liverpool and Manchester.
