Appeal to reunite stolen dog Penny with her owner

#APPEAL | Can you help us reunite beloved Penny with her owner?
Penny, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was stolen on 23 December from #Brownhills in #Walsall.

Her 77-year-old, recently widowed owner, is heartbroken and we need your help to identify the person who took her.
Penny slipped out of her home in Bradford Road at around 3pm on 23 December. She was spotted by a local carer who tried to help find her owner.
A man who was with a young child in this red car - believed to be a WV Golf - claimed Penny was his and stole her, she’s sadly not been seen since.
