Jaydon James murder: Two more charged over fatal stabbing of Coventry boy, aged 16
A man and a teenager have been charged with the murder of Jaydon James.
Jaydon, 16, was with friends in Deedmore Road, Wood End, when he was stabbed on Saturday 24 November last year.
He died in hospital soon after being admitted.
This morning (21 September), detectives arrested Abdi Hussein, aged 20, of Fosehill Road, Coventry, and have now charged him with murder as well as the wounding of two other people during the same incident.
A 17-year-old was arrested in Leicestershire this morning and he has now been charged with the same offences. They have been remanded in custody to appear before magistrates in Coventry on Monday (23).
On Thursday, another 17-year-old was charged with the same offences and has already appeared in court.
All three had already been arrested at earlier stages of the investigation before being re-arrested and charged.
Detective Inspector Stuart Mobberley from the force’s homicide unit, said: “Although we have now charged three people with Jaydon’s murder, our investigation continues and we still welcome information about the circumstances of his death.
