Investigation into double Castle Vale stabbing

Police investigating a double stabbing at a Halloween party in the Castle Vale area of Birmingham last night (Wednesday 30 October), are appealing for information.
 
Officers were called to an address on Blenheim Way just after 11.30pm, where two teenage boys had been injured.
 
A 17-year-old boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries to his arm and a 16-year-old boy sustained a serious injury to his hand. Both remain in hospital this morning (Thursday 31 October).
 
Sgt Patrick Simpson from the Force CID team, said: “I am asking anyone who was at this party and who saw what happened to speak to us.
 
“We are in the early stages of the investigation and any information given to us could prove to be vital in catching those responsible.
 
“We believe four boys arrived at the party around 11.40pm and launched an attack on two other boys. If you know anything, please let us know.”
