A teenager has been found guilty of the murder of 18-year-old Jordan Moazami in Harborne earlier this year.

Hamed Hussein, 19, stabbed Jordan following an argument over drugs and money which started at the home of a mutual friend.

The men aged 43, 28, 25 and 20 were all arrested in the Goldthorn area of Wolverhampton last night (17 October) on suspicion of conspiracy to burgle and remain in police custody today.

The family of a 54-year-old man who died after being hit by a car in Wolverhampton has today paid tribute to him.

Paul Mazs, from Wolverhampton, was struck by a Land Rover Freelander on Tettenhall Road on Sunday (13 Oct) just before 10.30pm and was pronounced dead at the scene.

 Earlier this year a Loomis cash driver was attacked in a cash-in-transit robbery on Axletree Way, Wednesbury.

A cashbox containing thousands of pounds was stolen during the robbery which took place on Monday 12 August at around 9.30am.

Detectives are investigating after the body of a man was found at a house in Tipton last night (Wednesday 16 October). 

Officers were called to Beehive Walk at around 11:50pm, where the body of a 62-year-old man was found. His death is currently being treated as suspicious.

A driver who killed his girlfriend after speeding away from police at more than 70mph in Birmingham has been jailed for over nine years today (Wednesday 16 Oct).

Adrian Paskin fled from officers in his Ford Fiesta after being spotted on the M6 on the evening of Saturday 17 August.

A shop owner who deleted incriminating CCTV following the fatal shooting of a man in Wolverhampton has been jailed for 10 months. 

Dwaine Junior Haughton, aged 26, was killed after four men opened fire on a car on Valley Road, Park Village in July 2018.

A Dudley woman found with nearly 2,000 indecent images, many of children, has been found guilty following a trial.

Jasmine Rowbottom, aged 24, was arrested after officers from the Online Child Exploitation Team executed a warrant at her home on 6 June 2016.
